Ingredients

  • For the Bolognese Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 shallot peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
  • 1 pound lean ground pork
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For the Spaghetti
  • 1 package spaghetti approximately 400g
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Sauce Base: Heat the olive oil in a baking pan or skillet over medium heat (or in an air fryer at 380°F, if applicable).
  • Add the chopped shallots and sauté until tender, about 4 minutes.
  • Cook the Meat: Add the minced garlic and ground pork to the pan.
  • Cook for 6 minutes, stirring frequently and breaking the meat into small crumbles.
  • Add the Seasonings: Stir in the tomato puree, apple cider vinegar, oregano, basil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until heated through and aromatic.
  • Cook the Spaghetti: Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Add the spaghetti and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until al dente.
  • Drain and divide the pasta evenly among individual plates.
  • Assemble and Serve: Top the spaghetti with the warm Bolognese sauce.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve immediately.
