Notes & Wine Advice

Serving Tip:
This versatile filling can be served in many ways. It’s perfect on whole-grain bread for a hearty sandwich, in a wrap for a quick lunch, or as a flavorful dip with fresh vegetables and crackers.
Wine Advice:
For a dish this creamy and packed with curry flavor, you need a wine that can handle its strong personality. A lightly chilled Sauvignon Blanc with its crisp acidity and citrus notes would be a fantastic partner, beautifully cutting through the richness. Alternatively, a fruity Gewürztraminer would be a perfect match, as its lychee and spice notes would playfully complement the curry and raisins.
