Notes & Wine Advice

Serving Tip:
This versatile crumble is perfect for use in tacos, burritos, nachos, or quesadillas. You can also mix it into grain bowls for a quick and flavorful protein boost.
Wine Advice:
For a dish that’s as bold and spicy as this, you need a wine that can hold its own. A light, dry white wine like a zesty Sauvignon Blanc is a great choice, as its bright acidity will cut through the heat and balance the smoky flavors. If you’re feeling adventurous, a crisp Mexican beer is also a fantastic pairing!
