Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw cashews
  • ½ cup raw pecan halves
  • ½ cup raw walnut halves
  • ½ cup raw whole almonds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt reduce if using salted mixed nuts
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all the nuts, olive oil, light brown sugar, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, kosher salt, ground coriander, onion powder, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Toss until the nuts are evenly coated with the herbs, spices, and sugar.
  • Transfer the seasoned nuts to the air fryer basket and cook at 350°F (175°C) for about 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.
  • Once done, transfer the cocktail nuts to a serving bowl and serve warm.
