Ingredients

  • 470 ml 2 cups vanilla soy or other nondairy milk
  • 290 g 1¼ cups vanilla soy or other nondairy yogurt
  • 122 g ½ cup pumpkin purée
  • 42 to 84 g 2 to ¼ cup agave nectar, to taste
  • ½ teaspoon rum extract or 15 ml 1 tablespoon spiced rum
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Whisk vigorously until fully blended and smooth.
  • Adjust the consistency by adding more nondairy milk if needed.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
