- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. to 2 c. shredded zucchini
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a skillet, melt the butter.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
- Set aside to cool slightly.
