Notes & Wine Advice

Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning and hot sauce according to your taste preference for spiciness.
Wine Pairing Advice:
For these spicy chicken wings, consider pairing them with a light-bodied and slightly sweet white wine such as Riesling or Gewürztraminer. The sweetness will complement the heat of the wings while balancing the flavors. Enjoy!
