Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings can use up to 3 lbs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 7 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 20 milliliters Garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 Green onions chopped
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil and chicken.
  • Add the chicken wings to the mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally to coat evenly.
  • Heat oil for deep-frying in a large pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Remove the chicken wings from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Deep-fry the chicken wings in batches until they are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove the wings with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil.
  • Sprinkle the crispy garlic chicken wings with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  • Serve immediately as a flavorful appetizer.
