Tangy Strawberry Lassi
Ingredients
- 8 oz. fresh strawberries hulled
- 1/2 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 to 2 tbsp. agave syrup
- 1 tsp. lime zest plus 1 tbsp. juice (from 1 lime)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
Instructions
- In a blender, puree all the ingredients until smooth.
- Divide the lassi mixture between two glasses
