  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 2 spring onions chopped
  • 1 cup pastrami sliced
  • 1/4 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 330°F and spritz the baking pan with cooking oil.
  • Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Cook in the Air Fryer for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the eggs have set.
  • Remove from the Air Fryer and place the pan on a cooling rack.
  • Let it sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
