Indian Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
- 3 tbsp. clarified butter or olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. curcumin
- 1/2 tsp. asafoetida
- 1 onion small chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 hot chilli small chopped
- 2 tsp. ginger chopped
- 1 diced tomatoe
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Cut the vegetables into small florets.
- Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat and add the cauliflower and sautee for a few minutes.
- When it starts to brown, add the chopped condiments and spices, cover and reduce heat.
- When the cauliflower is cooked, pour into a serving dish, sprinkle with the diced tomato and sprigs of fresh coriander.
