- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine the nonfat vanilla yogurt, skim milk, frozen banana, frozen raspberries, frozen strawberries, and maple syrup.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
