  • 2 garlic cloves smashed
  • 2 teaspoons sunflower oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 1/2 pounds blade steak
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 330°F.
  • Mix garlic, oil, cayenne pepper, and Cajun seasoning into a paste.
  • Rub the paste over both sides of the blade steak.
  • Place the steak in the Air Fryer and cook for 13 minutes.
  • Flip the steak and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
  • Heat the green beans in a saucepan with a few tablespoons of water.
  • Add Tabasco, salt, and black pepper, and heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
  • Serve the roasted blade steak with green beans on the side.
