Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breast halves skinless
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup white wine
  • 1 cup Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon melted butter or margarine

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Place the chicken breast halves in the greased baking dish.
  • Top each chicken breast with a slice of Swiss cheese.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and white wine.
  • Spoon this mixture over the chicken breasts.
  • Sprinkle the Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix evenly over the chicken.
  • Drizzle the melted butter or margarine over the chicken.
