Glazed Pistachios
Ingredients
- ½ cup raw pistachios shelled
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the pistachios.
- Sprinkle in the sugar and toss with the pistachios to coat, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes.
- When sugar begins to caramelize add water and stir until sugar liquefies and coats pistachios.
- Transfer nuts to a piece of foil or parchment to cool.
