Ingredients

  • 6.3 oz 180 g Dark couverture chocolate or cooking chocolate, finely chopped
  • 7 tbsp 100 ml Milk
  • 7 tbsp 100 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp 20 g Honey

Instructions

  • Slowly bring milk, heavy cream, and honey to a boil and dissolve the chopped chocolate in it.
