Dark Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients
- 6.3 oz 180 g Dark couverture chocolate or cooking chocolate, finely chopped
- 7 tbsp 100 ml Milk
- 7 tbsp 100 ml Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp 20 g Honey
Instructions
- Slowly bring milk, heavy cream, and honey to a boil and dissolve the chopped chocolate in it.
