These chicken meatballs are traditional in the Middle East. This dish

Ingredients
- 2 cooked chicken breasts
- 2 slices of white bread crusts removed
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of ½ of a lemon
- Flour for rolling
- Oil for frying
- Milk for soaking bread
Instructions
- Mince chicken with a food processor or chop the chicken extremely fine if a food processor is not available.
- Soak bread in milk and squeeze the slices dry.
- Rip the bread into pieces.
- Combine the chicken, bread, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Mix well.
- Shape the meat mixture into balls.
- Meatballs should be 1 inch or less in size.
- Roll the meatballs in flour and fry them in oil.
- The meatballs will be dark golden when they are fully cooked.
- Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over each meatball.
