Sunshine Cantaloupe Delight Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana frozen
- 1/4 ripe cantaloupe cubed
- 1/2 cup nonfat or low-fat yogurt
- 2 tablespoons skim-milk powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
- Place the unpeeled banana in the freezer overnight.
- Remove the banana from the freezer and let it sit for 2 minutes, or until the skin begins to soften.
- With a paring knife, remove the skin.

- Cut the banana into chunks and put them in a blender or food processor.
- Seed the cantaloupe quarter and cut the flesh from the rind.
- Cut the cantaloupe flesh into chunks and add them to the blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
