Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Brie cheese
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 slices Hawaiian sweet bread
  • Butter or butter spread

Instructions

  • In a bowl, blend together the cream cheese, Brie, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Spread the entire mixture of cinnamon goo evenly on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread.
  • Place the second slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
  • Cook the sandwich at 325°F for four minutes on each side.
