Ingredients

  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup dried apples diced
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots diced
  • 1 cup carob chips

Instructions

  • n a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients: raisins, raw almonds, raw cashews, shredded coconut, sunflower seeds, dried apples, dried apricots, and carob chips.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Storage:

  • transfer the trail mix into tightly covered jars or airtight containers.
  • Store in a cool, dry place until ready to use.

Serving:
