Ingredients
- Softened butter
- 8 slices rustic bread
- 16 thin slices provolone cheese
- ½ cup drained olive salad
- 6 oz. thinly sliced black forest ham
- 6 oz. sliced mortadella
- 4 oz. sliced Genoa salami
Instructions
- On both sides of the rustic slices, spread the butter.
- On 4 slices, place 2 cheese pieces.
- Top with olive salad, salami, ham, and mortadella.
- Top the ingredients with the remaining cheese pieces.
- Cover with ingredients with the remaining bread slices.
- Cook the sandwiches on moderate heat for about 4 minutes as you flip them halfway.
