Notes & Wine Advice

Summary
This simple and elegant side dish comes together in minutes. The combination of sweet tomatoes, tender zucchini, and the intense flavor of sun-dried tomatoes makes it a perfect complement to grilled chicken or fish.

Wine Advice
A crisp, light-bodied white wine like a Pinot Grigio or a dry Rosé would complement the fresh vegetables and rich sun-dried tomatoes. For a red, a light Sangiovese would also pair well.
