Strawberry Sorbet
Ingredients
Ingredients for 12–14 Servings
- 18 oz 500 g Strawberries
- 2 tbsp 30 ml Lemon juice
- 4 tsp 20 ml Strawberry liqueur
- ⅓ cup 150 g Granulated sugar
Instructions
- Purée all the ingredients with a blender and sieve.
- Place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
