Ingredients

Ingredients for 12–14 Servings

  • 18 oz 500 g Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 4 tsp 20 ml Strawberry liqueur
  • cup 150 g Granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Purée all the ingredients with a blender and sieve.
  • Place in the ice cream machine (or freezer, stirring repeatedly).
