Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks drained
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  • Combine rice, sugar, and pineapple chunks.
  • Refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Just before serving, whip cream and fold into rice mixture.
