Ingredients
MAKES: 240 ml
- 2 egg yolks
- ½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 60 ml safflower oil
- 60 ml olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic crushed to a paste
- 4 tsp 9 g hot paprika
- ¼ tsp cayenne
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process on high until the mixture comes together into a thick sauce, slightly looser than mayonnaise.
- Use as a dip for crudite, as a side for grilled vegetables or use as a sandwich or burger condiment.
