Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 20- ounce bottle cola divided
  • 1 to 2 cups catsup divided

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken to the oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and brown on both sides.
  • Pour enough cola into the skillet to cover the chicken.
  • Slowly add enough catsup to the skillet until the mixture reaches the desired thickness.
  • Cover and cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes, adding remaining cola and catsup a little at a time every 10 to 15 minutes until chicken juices run clear.
