Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Canola oil or vegetable oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger fresh grated

Instructions

  • Grate the fresh ginger and onion.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and emulsified.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  • Pour into a serving container.
  • Chill before serving.
