Berry Melon Fusion Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cantaloupe peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup raspberries
- 3 tablespoons white sugar adjust to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cantaloupe chunks, plain yogurt, raspberries, and white sugar.
- Blend until smooth.
