- 3 Tablespoons Salted Butter Melted
- 2 Cups Boxed Brownie Mix About ½ A Box
- 1 Quart Vanilla Ice Cream
- ¼ Cup Chocolate Syrup
Instructions
- In A Medium Bowl, Combine Melted Butter And Brownie Mix.
- Stir Together Until The Mixture Resembles Pea-Sized Crumbs.
- Spread Mixture Onto A Large Microwave-Safe Plate And Microwave On High For Four 1-Minute Increments, Stirring The Mixture Well Between Each Increment.
- Place Plate In The Freezer To Cool For 10 Minutes.
- In The Bowl Of Your Stand Mixer Fitted With The Paddle Attachment, Add Ice Cream Straight From The Freezer And Most Of The Cooled Brownie Pieces.
- Mix Just Enough To Soften Ice Cream And Mix In Brownie Crumble, Just A Minute Or Two.
- If You Mix It Too Long, It Will Become Too Soft.
- Divide Ice Cream Evenly Among Four Dishes And Top With Remaining Brownie Crumble And Chocolate Syrup.
