Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. package penne pasta
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 1/4 C. diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp diced garlic
  • 1/4 C. white wine
  • 2 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Boil your pasta in water and salt for 9 mins then remove the liquids.
  • Now begin to stir fry your garlic and onions in oil until the onions are soft.
  • Then add in the tomatoes and wine.
  • Simmer the mix for 12 mins while stirring.
  • Then add in the shrimp and cook everything for 6 mins.
  • Now add the pasta and stir everything to evenly coat the noodles.
