Classical Penne Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. package penne pasta
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1/4 C. diced red onion
- 1 tbsp diced garlic
- 1/4 C. white wine
- 2 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil your pasta in water and salt for 9 mins then remove the liquids.
- Now begin to stir fry your garlic and onions in oil until the onions are soft.
- Then add in the tomatoes and wine.
- Simmer the mix for 12 mins while stirring.
- Then add in the shrimp and cook everything for 6 mins.
- Now add the pasta and stir everything to evenly coat the noodles.
