Energizing Banana Coffee Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 small bananas peeled, cut up, and frozen
- 1 ½ cups skim milk
- 1 8- oz. container low-fat coffee yogurt
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
- Dash ground nutmeg
Instructions
- In a blender container, combine the frozen bananas, skim milk, coffee yogurt, ground cinnamon, and dash of nutmeg.
- Cover the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses.
- If desired, garnish with fresh banana slices and mint leaves.
