  • 8 figs halved
  • 16 small pieces of Torta de la Serena or Brie cheese softened with the rind removed
  • 8 very thin slices of Serrano ham or prosciutto cut in half
  • Balsamic vinegar

  • Take each piece of ham and place it on top of a halved fig.
  • On each piece of ham, add one piece of softened cheese.
