Ingredients

  • ½ cup 120 ml soy sauce or tamari
  • ¼ cup 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup 60 g Dijon or brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons 13 g freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Pour the marinade over your favorite protein or vegetables.
  • Let it marinate for a few hours before grilling or baking.
