  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice or 2 small ice cubes

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
