  • Panini grill

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped stuffed green olives
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped marinated pickled vegetables
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese with mozzarella
  • 2 1/2 ounces sliced salami
  • 4 1/4 ounces sliced deli ham
  • 6 Italian buns halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix the chopped stuffed green olives and marinated pickled vegetables, then set aside.
  • Spread the cream cheese with mozzarella on the bottom half of each Italian bun.
  • Layer the sliced salami, followed by the vegetable mix, and then the sliced deli ham on top of the cheese on each bun.
  • Top with the remaining cheese.
  • Cover the ingredients with the other half of the bun.
  • Brush the outside of the buns with olive oil.
  • Preheat your Panini grill.
  • Place the assembled sandwiches on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Serve hot.
