Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped stuffed green olives
- 1/2 cup finely chopped marinated pickled vegetables
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese with mozzarella
- 2 1/2 ounces sliced salami
- 4 1/4 ounces sliced deli ham
- 6 Italian buns halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the chopped stuffed green olives and marinated pickled vegetables, then set aside.
- Spread the cream cheese with mozzarella on the bottom half of each Italian bun.
- Layer the sliced salami, followed by the vegetable mix, and then the sliced deli ham on top of the cheese on each bun.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Cover the ingredients with the other half of the bun.
- Brush the outside of the buns with olive oil.
- Preheat your Panini grill.
- Place the assembled sandwiches on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
