- 2 cups chopped jalapeño peppers
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 6 cups white sugar
- 2 3-ounce pouches liquid pectin
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan or kettle, combine peppers, vinegar, and sugar.
- Bring to a boil, stirring often.
- Stir in pectin.
- Bring to a boil again and boil hard for 1 minute.
