  • 2 cups chopped jalapeño peppers
  • 2 cups apple cider vinegar
  • 6 cups white sugar
  • 2 3-ounce pouches liquid pectin

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan or kettle, combine peppers, vinegar, and sugar.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring often.
  • Stir in pectin.
  • Bring to a boil again and boil hard for 1 minute.
