Ingredients

  • 1 28-Ounce Bag Frozen Potatoes O’brien
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 ¼ Teaspoons Kosher Salt Divided
  • 12 Strips Bacon
  • 3 Medium Green Onions Trimmed And Chopped
  • ¾ Cup 3 Ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¾ Cup Sour Cream
  • 6 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven To 450°F.
  • Grease A Rimmed Baking Sheet With Nonstick Spray.
  • In A Large Bowl, Toss Together Potatoes, Oil, And ½ Teaspoon Salt.
