Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of ground flax seed meal
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbs oil or melted butter
- 3 heaping tablespoons of cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup of cream
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- You may need to add a little water to thin.
- Fry as you would regular pancakes
