Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs gluten-free if needed
  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups Shredded coconut
  • 2 cups Chocolate chips nut-free if needed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  • Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Pour melted butter into the pan and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over the bottom.
  • Press down to form a crust.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut evenly over the condensed milk.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the coconut.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
