Ingredients

For the Pizza Base:

  • 1 gluten-free pizza crust or traditional if preferred
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the Toppings:

  • 100 g salami sliced
  • 100 g ham sliced
  • 100 g provolone cheese sliced
  • 50 g mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive tapenade or olive mix
  • 2 tbsp sliced green olives
  • 2 tbsp sliced black olives
  • 1/4 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • Roll out the pizza dough and place it on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Drizzle the pizza base with olive oil.
  • Spread the olive tapenade evenly over the base.
  • Layer the salami, ham, and provolone cheese slices on top.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, sliced olives, and red onions over the pizza.
  • Drizzle with a little more olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and slice.
  • Serve hot!
