No Bake Tortilla Pizza
Ingredients
- 8- inches flour tortillas
- Grated mozzarella cheese
- Tomato sauce
- Fresh basil leaves thinly sliced
- Toppings of choice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500F and place a cast iron skillet inside.
- In the meantime, sprinkle the tortilla top with a thin layer of tomato sauce and grated mozzarella cheese.
- Top with your favorite toppings and sprinkle basil on top.
- Place in the skillet until the cheese is brown and the edges of the tortilla are browning.
- Remove, slice, and enjoy.
