Equipment

  • Airfreyer
  • Small bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ tablespoon coconut flour
  • ¾ tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons thickened whipping cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons erythritol sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice see note below
  • ¼ teaspoon maple extract
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer at 150°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk egg together with remaining ingredients.
  • Pour batter into a 10cm ramekin greased with cooking spray.
  • Place ramekin in air fryer basket and cook for 25 minutes.
  • Remove ramekin from basket and let set for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm.

A blend perfect for topping pumpkin pies and other spiced dessert favourites. Simply combining the following ingredients: 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 1 ½ teaspoons ground nutmeg, 1 teaspoon ground allspice and 1 teaspoon ground cloves.
