Ingredients
- 1 package jumbo pasta shells
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pounds chicken breast cubed
- ΒΌ cup pesto
- 1 cup Mozzarella
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Boil the pasta shells.
- Drain several minutes before the pasta is done and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Brown the chicken.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the pesto, cheese, and chicken.
- Stuff the mixture into the pasta shells.
- Transfer the stuffed shells into a greased slow cooker insert.
- Pour the broth over the shells.
- Cover and cook on low for four hours.
