Ingredients

  • ½ cup 52 g roasted, salted, and shelled pistachios
  • 1 cup 120 g raw pine nuts
  • 20 leaves fresh basil
  • ½ cup 120 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Heat in a saucepan before serving.
  • Serve over pasta, on toasted bread, or as a topping.
