Ingredients
- 6 4-6 oz. fresh boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp coarse salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 40 cloves garlic peeled
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Season chicken all over with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with oil and arrange in a single layer in a 13×9-inch baking dish.
- Scatter garlic cloves over chicken.
- Cover and bake 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parsley and bake, uncovered, 10 minutes longer.
