Ingredients

Makes about 11⁄2 cups

  • 1 large mango peeled and finely diced
  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and finely diced
  • 2 green onions very finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño chile finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt or to taste

Instructions

  • ut all the ingredients into a medium bowl, and stir gently to mix.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Serve cold.

Serve it as a topping for crisp tortilla chips or as a condiment with poultry, pork, or seafood.
