Mango-Avocado SalsaThis is an easy new salsa combining traditional Mexican ingredients.
Ingredients
Makes about 11⁄2 cups
- 1 large mango peeled and finely diced
- 1 ripe avocado peeled and finely diced
- 2 green onions very finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño chile finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 ⁄4 teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructions
- ut all the ingredients into a medium bowl, and stir gently to mix.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve cold.
