A perfect combination for a sandwich is ciabatta bread with sausage. The recipe also has parmesan cheese, spinach, and sesame seeds.
Ingredients
- 2 focaccia slices
- 2 roughly chopped sausages
- 2 tbsp spinach
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp butter
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Cook the sausages in the pan for 2 minutes.
- Add pepper and salt to the sausages, then toss for a minute.
- Press the slices in a panini maker for a minute.
- Add spinach, parmesan, and sausages on the slices, then cover with the remaining slice.
