Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons buckwheat flour or oat flour
- 1 tablespoon almond flour/meal
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well combined.
- Place the dough on a microwave-safe plate and shape it into a cookie.
- Microwave for 1.
- 5 minutes.
- Let cool before enjoying.
