  • Place pork in a large pot and cover with water.
  • Cook until pork is tender and fully cooked.
  • Remove pork from pot, reserving the broth.
  • Allow pork to cool, then shred it.
  • Set aside.
  • In a blender, combine minced garlic, canned tomatoes, flour, and Mrs.
  • Dash seasoning blend.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer the tomato mixture to a large pot.
  • Add 2 cups of the reserved pork broth to the pot.
  • If there is not enough broth, add water to make up 2 cups.
  • Stir in the shredded pork and canned green chilies.
  • Simmer the chili over low heat for at least one hour, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot with warm tortillas.
