Notes & Wine Advice

You can adjust the spiciness of the dip by choosing mild or hot versions of the jalapeno cheese and Ro-Tel tomatoes, according to your preference.
Wine Pairing Advice:
This spicy hamburger cheese dip pairs well with a light-bodied red wine such as Merlot or a crisp lager beer. The wine’s fruitiness or the beer’s refreshing quality will complement the richness of the cheese and the spiciness of the jalapenos. Enjoy!
